Lanair Baker

Lanair Baker is a Mississippi native from Carroll County who joined the Oxford Film Festival Board of Directors in May 2026. By day, she's the Senior Manager of Legal Operations for Addicus Advisory Firm in Oxford; outside of that, she's the Co-Founder of Cash Bar Productions, Inc., a reality TV production company, and stays busy doing creative and consulting work for small businesses. Before coming home to Mississippi, Lanair spent 10 years in Los Angeles and 3 in Lake Tahoe, where she helped run operations and marketing for the grassroots Veg Fest SCV board. She studied music, collects art, and genuinely loves supporting artists and the stories they tell. Lanair can't wait to help shine a light on storytellers, fellow Mississippians, and all the different perspectives that make this Festival special.
